The Dictionary of Human Rights consists of two parts: English-Spanish, with almost 3,300 entries, and Spanish-English, with about 3,000, ordered around 20 semantic fields (family, education, immigration, torture, etc.). The work is part of the working line opened by Professor Enrique Alcaraz and Brian Hughes, and aims to facilitate the translation from English to Spanish and from Spanish to English, of the specialized lexical items for students and professionals; volunteers, organizations and administrative offices.
